Begin by creating a new file. Step one, adjust the camera brightness to ensure optimal visibility of the products on the worktable. Now, capture a template: use your mouse to left-click and drag, framing any single product. Set the template parameters carefully – this ensures the camera can accurately recognize all product features. Finally, test the camera: confirm it successfully identifies every product within the frame before proceeding.
Next, prepare the stone plates. There are five plates, each holding a different color of stone. Select the first plate. Position it so the camera can clearly see its entire stone area. Adjust the camera's stone recognition parameters specifically for this plate's stones. Repeat this calibration process individually for each of the remaining four stone plates,ensure accurate recognition for every color.
Now, configure the key operation parameters. Precisely set the amount of adhesive (glue) to be dispensed for each stone. Then, define the exact positions where the stones should be placed onto the product. Double-check these settings.
Calibrate the eject valve. Set the appropriate ejecting force for the valve. Utilize the “One-Click Eject'' function, which simultaneously calibrating the camera's zero point, establishing the precise reference position for accurate stone placement.
Initiate processing. The machine will follow the sequence: first, it dispenses the adhesive onto the predefined locations. Immediately after, it picks up a stone and precisely sets it into the wet adhesive. The stone setting speed is currently set to 100%.
